Yan practices law in broad areas including financial, manufacturing, high technology, mining, energy, transportation engineering and service industries. Ms. Yan is involved in joint ventures, domestic and foreign stock issuances (including A shares, B shares, H shares, Red Chips, China-interests enterprises listing abroad, equity spin-off and GEM). Ms. Yan counsels in mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and private equities to assist corporations to go onto the domestic and foreign securities markets. She has accumulated a wealth of experiences in state-owned enterprises’ mergers, bankruptcy and debt transfer. Ms. Yan provides legal services in foreign acquisitions of domestic assets and domestic enterprises’ acquisition and restructuring of foreign businesses.
Ms. Yan has participated in more than two hundred domestic and foreign securities issuances and restructuring.
