Chen began his full-time lawyer practice in 2001. He is mainly engaged in securities, foreign investment, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital business.
Mr. Chen has been involved in Eastern Airlines’ merging with Shanghai Airlines, Shanghai Automotive’s non-public offering in 2010 and its IPO in 2011, the United States Electric Co., Ltd. non-public offering in 2010. His finished projects include the public offerings and listings of Shanghai Modern Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Zhongtian Technologies Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Hengli Bao Co., Ltd., Optical Equipment Co. Ltd. Jiangsu Tianlong IPO and in GEM, Insigma Lande Scitech Limited IPO in Hong Kong GEM, Fudan-Zhangjiang Bio-Technology Co., Ltd. IPO in Hong Kong GEM, Baoshan Iron & Steel Company limited non-public placement of shares in 2004, long-haired group Yangtze River Investment Industry Co., Ltd. non-public placement of shares in 2009, Shanghai Airlines Co., Ltd. private placement of shares in 2009. Chen provides legal services to Shanghai Jin Jiang international Industrial investment Co., Ltd. in major assets transactions, acquisitions and restructuring of Hualin by Jiaton in Singapore, Newbridge Capital acquiring a controlling stake in Shenzhen Development Bank, Shanghai Airlines Co., Ltd. issuing 800 million yuan of short-term financing bills in 2005, China-Singapore Suzhou industrial Park Ventures Co., Ltd. issuing of 500 million yuan of corporate bonds in 2009. Chen has accumulated rich experience in corporate's restructuring and reorganization, company management, Main Board and GEM listing and stock issuance, mergers and acquisitions of companies.
