Mr.Chen has worked in Shanghai JinMao law firm and King & Wood law firm. Chen works mainly in foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, private equity investment and general corporate business. In recent years Chen has represented domestic and foreign venture capital / private equity investment companies (including DT Capital, A Fund, 3I, and FE Clean Energy). Chen also provides full legal services for entrepreneurs in the fields of consumer products, culture media, clean technology, logistics and investment / financing of cloud storage industry. Chen and his team have organized or been involved in private investment and financing projects including: a restaurant chain first round of private financing project, an early education company’s B round of private financing, FE Clean Energy’s investment in a hydropower development company, a municipal bank’s fund raising projects, a business journal’s first round of private financing, a frozen transportation logistics company’s private equity financing and a storage technology company’s private equity financing projects.
