Mr. Chen had worked at a large domestic law firm and a leading European law firm, principally engaged in foreign direct investment, foreign mergers and acquisitions, private equity investment, international trade, finance projects and has provided legal services for many multinational companies. Chen Yimin has been involved in a number of private equity investment projects, and has provided legal services in investments and acquisitions for several well-known investment institutions.
