Mr.Fang specializes in major asset restructuring, private placement, bond issuance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate legal counsel and other areas of securities law.
Fang has been involved in major projects: Shanghai Zhenhua Port Machinery private placement, restructuring of shares of SAIC, Shanghai Automotive major asset restructuring, Dongan Panthers major asset restructuring, and a non-public offering of Shanghai Automotive.
