Mr. Fu is engaged in securities issuance and listing, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity investment. Fu has been involved in the Epsom Downs Clothing Co., Ltd. initial public offering of A shares, Sinopharm Inc. initial public offering of H shares and Xiamen Comfort Technology (Group) Co., Ltd. initial public offering of A shares. Fu also provides continuing legal services to listed companies.
