Ms.Gao is mainly engaged in the securities and has been involved in A & H share offering and listing of China Metallurgical Co., Ltd., H-share issuance and listing of New Heavens Green Energy Co., Ltd. Gao participates in reorganization and domestic and foreign listings of state-owned enterprises, and the asset restructuring and refinancing of such companies.
