Mr. Gao specializes in mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings and other capital market matters.Mr. Gao has extensive experiences in capital market deals both in domestic and overseas stock exchanges, including the securities offerings of PetroChina Company Limited (A share), China Shipbuilding Industry Company Limited (A share), Baosteel Co.,Ltd. (A share), Dah Chong Hong Holdings Limited (red chip), Haitian International Holdings Limited (red chip), China Medical Technologies, Inc. (red chip), and China Animal Healthcare Ltd.(red chip), etc.
Prior to joining JiaYuan, Mr. Gao worked at China Property and Casualty Reinsurance Company Limited and Jingtian & Gongcheng in Beijing.
