David Huang has been a longtime lawyer in instituting A share issuance for companies: the Fengshen Group(A share)the Aircraft Heavy Machine, Zhongyuan Expressway, Lingyun Investments, the Far East Drive, Jingneng Thermal and Southeast Electric Power (B shares). Mr. Huang has been involved in fund restructuring, capital market, refinancing, joint ventures, acquisitions, and debt management: Jingneng Thermal, Aeolus, the Aircraft Heavy Machine, Zhongyuan Expressway, Far East Drive, Lingyun Investments, China Automobile Research Institute, Yinhua Fund and Cinda Corporation's debt management. David Huang worked in the central government for many years and is familiar with national policy.
