Mr.Li specializes in issuance and listing of securities, mergers and acquisitions and other areas of company law.
Li has worked with Hunan Nonferrous Metals capital injection, China Building Materials subsidiary company China United Cement Group, Southwest Cement Co., Ltd., and the China Communications Construction Limited A-share project.
