Prior to joining Jia Yuan, Lv was already a well-known lawyer. Lv practiced company law, securities law, and accumulated some work experience. Lv has been involved in Shanghai Automotive non-public offering in 2010, China Commercial Aircraft Co., Ltd. C919 aircraft parts procurement system, letter of intent and the main contract negotiations, an airline A-share listing, an American car company listed on the territory of mergers and acquisitions, to build five-star hotels and foreign operations, creativity industry park renovation projects.
