Mr. Ren has practiced law for many years in the areas of securities issuance and listing, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate legal counsel. Ren has also worked on several subsidinate company of China National Materials Group Corp. restructuring, Cinda Capital private equity project, and other capital projects.
