Mr.Su is mainly engaged in capital markets, foreign investment, foreign mergers and acquisitions. Su has accumulated a wealth of legal experiences in financial products (stocks, bonds and trust), financial instrument transactions, venture capital investments and private equities. Su has organized and participated in domestic companies’ issuance of stocks, bonds or trust and has provided legal services for a number of financial institutions. Su provides counsel for several European companies in direct, or acquisition, investments.
