Mr.Tan is mainly engaged in the issuance of securities and listing companies, major asset restructuring, mergers and acquisitions services. Tan has been involved in Simcere, Neptunus Pharmaceutical’s NYSE listing, Wuhan Huazhong Numerical Control Co., Ltd. GEM, Wuhan Tianyu Information Industry Co., Ltd. listed on the GEM, a large financial holding company’s restructuring and reorganization projects.
