Mr.Wang practices corporate law, securities, mergers and acquisitions, antitrust and business reporting. Wang has many years of experience in foreign law firms that engaged in securities business and mergers and acquisitions. Wang was involved with the first batch of Chinese enterprises in the Pan-European Securities Exchange.
Some of the companies that Wang has worked with include: China Photovoltaic Solar Energy Co., Ltd., China Corn Oil, Zhejiang Sanding Tool Co., Ltd., China Hua Cheng Real Estate Co., Ltd., a world's arts and group limited private Euronext IPO project; also sponsored or participated in the main subordinate enterprises A-share IPO project, China Aviation Industry Group major assets restructuring project, Shijiazhuang Winton Highway Project Group, the U.S. private equity company century project, Beijing Culture Communication Co., Ltd.
