Since 2002, Mr.Yan has been practicing securities law and specializing in business offerings and listings, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and reorganization and private equity investment. Mr.Yan was involved in the listing of China Building Materials H shares, listing of China Petroleum A shares, China A shares of the original titanium dioxide, Lianyungang Port A shares and other items listed overseas.
Mr.Yan has been a legal advisor in more than 100 successful M & A transactions, including South China's building materials of cement concerning the case of the restructuring of management at Harvard Business School and was awarded a state-level enterprise management modern innovation prize. In addition, Mr.Yan has worked for the New Building Materials, China Fiberglass, Luoyang Glass and Open-Air coal. Yan aided in listing a number of Hikuma shares and other assets of the company's restructuring project and has provided legal services many well-known private equity investment companies, including Hony Capital, Han Shi Investment British Investment Company and 3i Group. Yan participated in non-performing assets of China Construction Bank, GE's acquisition of China Huarong Asset Management Corporation and the non-performing assets and worked with China Cinda Asset Management Corporation among other projects.
Yan is currently a member of the Beijing Bar Association and is on the committee for merger and reorganization of the legal profession.
