Before joining Jia Yuan Law Firm in 2009, Ms.Zhao had worked in Beijing Jingtian and Beijing Jun He Law Offices.
Zhao is mainly engaged in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, significant asset restructuring, domestic and foreign market and re-financing legal matters.
Zhao’s A-share issuance and asset restructuring projects include: Aircraft Avionics, Inc., Guangdong Golden Horse Tourism Group Co., Ltd., Shannxi Hubei Aviation Precision Machinery Technology shares Co., Wuhan Huazhong Numerical Control Co., Ltd., changes in share capital of Shaanxi Construction Machinery Co., Ltd., and non-public offering of Inner Mongolia Mengdian Huaneng Thermal Power Corporation.
Zhao’s private equity and M & A projects are: Beijing News Bird Software Co., Ltd., Air Special Equipment Co., Ltd. Nanjing private investors, KWG Property Holding Limited, Beyondsoft Co., Ltd., TRW Petroleum Group Co., Ltd., Warburg Pincus Tianyu project, CCB International Investment Jiangsu billion Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd., Morgan Stanley acquiring Sanya Marriott Hotel, TOM Group acquiring Import and Export Co., Ltd., ChongZhen acquiring Dingxin Cement and the National Social Security Fund investing in Datang Telecom.
