Mr.Zhao’s main areas of practice include corporate laws, mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, foreign direct investments and securities laws.
Zhao has been involved in a wide range of cross-border mergers and acquisitions transactions, private equities, RMB equity investment fund, foreign investments and multinationals’ direct investments in China. Zhao had worked in Beijing Representative Offices of the United Kingdom and the United States. Zhao has substantial work experience and capabilities in foreign-related legal services.
