Mr. XU has more than twenty years of practicing experience. He has participated in many listing and restructuring of large-sized SOEs including the H share listing of CCCC, the A and H share listings of China Railway Group, the A and H share listing of China Coal Energy and the H share listing of AviChina Industry & Technology. He has also been involved in the restructuring and listing of many small and medium-sized enterprises, such as, AVIC ZEMIC, Accelink Technologies, Wuhan Tianyu, Wuhan NC and Beijing Dynamic Power. Furthermore, he has participated in many restructuring and absorption merger projects of listed companies, such as WENS Group, Midea Group, SAIC Motor and TCL Group. Over the years, Mr. Xu has accumulated a wealth of experience in the areas of corporate restructuring, share issuance and listing of domestic and overseas enterprises and M&A.
