- Mr. Yang possesses rich experiences and sharp business sense in the fields of IPO and M&A. He was the leading counsel for many projects involving IPO, listed enterprises’ public or non-public offering, M&A, major assets restructuring, equity division reform, etc. Mr. Yang led the TCL Group’s consolidation of TCL Communication and IPO, which was the first of its kind.
