- Mr. Ren acted as lead counsel in: China National Building Material and its subsidiaries China United Cement Group with South Cement, North Cement and Southwest Cement’s M&A, Beijing New Building Material (Group)’s M&A, Chinatex Corporation’s M&A, Sinosteel Engineering & Technology’s M&A, CMIG New Energy’s M&A, China Minsheng Future Holding Group’s M&A, Legend Holdings’s M&A, Sinoagri Holding’s M&A, Yunnan Water’s M&A, Hunan Aeorspace and’s M&A other merger projects.
- Mr. Ren has also advised CINDA Captial, CMIG Capital, Cinda Sinorock Global Portfolio Partnership II and other capital investors in equity investment projects, as well as acted as lead counsel for China National Building Material Group, North Cement Co., Ltd., Beijing New Building Material (Group), and numerous other enterprises in bond financing projects.
